ご依頼から納品までの流れ | Flow from request to delivery

最初のお問い合わせから数えると、全部で6ステップとなります。

【お問い合わせ→お見積もり→ご依頼確定→制作（確認・修正）→サンプル確認→納品】

描き込み量などによってはご予算以上のお見積もりになる場合がありますので、まずはご相談いただき可能な限りご希望に沿わせていただきたいと思います。

Counting from the initial inquiry, there are six steps in all.

【Contact Us → Hearing and estimate → Order confirmed → Production (confirmation and revision) → Finished product sample check → Delivery】

Depending on the amount of work to be drawn, the estimate may be more than your budget allows.Please contact us first and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

制作物の完成イメージがお互いにズレないように、各工程でご依頼者様にご確認をお願いしております。

We ask the client to confirm the finished product at each step of the process so that there is no discrepancy between the finished image of the product and each other.

お問い合わせ　Contact Us

まずは「お問い合わせ」からメッセージをお送りください。
お見積り・ご相談・ご質問などは無料です。

※基本的に3営業日以内に返信いたします。
　もしそれ以上お返事がない場合はメールが届いていない可能性がありますので、
　お手数ではございますが再送いただけると助かります。

First of all, please send us a message from "Contact Us".
There is no charge for estimates, consultations, or questions.

*We generally reply within 7 business days.
 If you do not receive a reply within 7 business days, it is possible that we did not receive your email. 

STEP

ヒアリング・お見積もり　Hearing and estimate

内容を確認の上、ご依頼に必要な情報や詳細をお伺いします。
「ヒアリングシート」のご記入をお願いすることもございます。

After confirming the contents, we will ask you for the information and details necessary for your request.
We may ask you to fill out a "Hearing Sheet".

 

STEP

発注確定　Order

内容にご了承いただけましたら発注確定となります。

［個人様］
発注確定の時点で前払いとなります。
契約書と請求書をお送りしますので、サインを入れた契約書の返送とお支払いをお願いいたします。

［法人様］
契約書をお送りいたしますので、サインを入れて返送してください。
お支払いについては、御社の支払い規定に従います。
特にご指定いただかない場合、納品完了後に請求書をお送りしますので納品月の翌月末日までのお支払いをお願いしています。

If you agree with the contents of the order, the order will be confirmed.

［For individuals]
Payment is due in advance when the order is confirmed.
We will send you a contract and invoice. Please return the signed contract and make payment.

［Corporate clients]
We will send you a contract. Please sign and return it to us.
Payment will be made according to your company's payment policy.
If you do not specify otherwise, we will send you an invoice after delivery is completed, and we ask that you pay by the end of the month following the month of delivery.

STEP

制作開始　Start of production

必要に応じて追加ヒアリングや資料の準備等を行い、制作を進めていきます。

［イラスト］　
①まずはラフを制作し、内容をご確認いただきます。（修正何回でも無料）
②問題なければ線画へと進み、再度ご確認いただきます。（修正2回まで無料）
③線画OKとなりましたら、着彩仕上げと進めていきます。

［モデリング］　
動かし方やイメージ、仕様などを詰めていきます。
仕様確定となりましたら制作開始～仕上げまで進めていきます。

Additional interviews and preparation of materials are conducted as necessary, and production proceeds.

［Illustration]　
[1]Please check the rough drawing. (Any number of revisions are free of charge).
[2]If there are no problems with the rough, we will proceed to the line drawing, so please check it again. (Up to two revisions are free of charge).
[3] If there are no problems with the line drawing, proceed to finishing.

［Modeling.]　
Determine how it will move, the image, and specifications.
Once the specifications are decided, we proceed with the production.

STEP

完成品サンプル確認　Finished product sample check

完成確認用の画像、または動画をお送りします。
ご要望があれば修正を行い、再度ご確認いただきます。
（ラフや仕様から大幅変更となる場合は追加料金が発生します。）

We will send you a sample for completion check.
If there are any shortcomings, we will make corrections and ask you to check again.
(Additional fees will be charged if there are significant changes from the initial rough draft or specifications.)

STEP

納品　Delivery

ご納得いただけましたら、メールまたはオンラインストレージでの納品させていただきます。
納品形式は、最初のお見積もり時点で決定したものになります。

If there are no problems with the samples, we will deliver the finished product via e-mail or online storage.
The delivery format will be determined at the time of the initial estimate.
