打ち合わせの方法は？　How to have a meeting

基本的にはメールなど文面が残るやり取りをお願いしております。
お電話でのやり取りは記録が残らないのでご遠慮させていただいております。

Basically, we ask that you communicate with us via email or other forms of written communication.
We do not accept phone calls as they do not leave a record.

納品形式は？　Delivery format

ai・jpg・png・psdなどに対応しております。
ご依頼の内容によってはaiに対応していない場合があります。

We can handle ai, jpg, png, psd, etc.
Depending on the content of your request, we may not be able to handle ai.

制作にかかる時間はどのくらい？　Production time

各工程ごとにご確認をお願いしております。
修正→再度確認と段階を踏むので、ご依頼内容や複雑さによって変動します。
だいたいの目安としてはアイコンイラストをご依頼いただいた場合なら、着手から約2週間程度で納品可能です。

We ask you to confirm each step of the process.
The time required for each step of the process varies depending on the complexity of the request.

イラストを加工してもいい？　process the illustrations

色味を微調節したり、レイアウトのためにトリミングをするなどは行っていただいて大丈夫です。
上から描き加えたり、表情やポーズを変えたり、色合いを大きく変更するなどはご遠慮ください。

You may make minor adjustments to the color, or crop the image for layout purposes.
However, please refrain from drawing on top of the image, changing the expression or pose, or making major changes to the color scheme.

著作権・二次使用は？　Copyright and secondary use

著作権の譲渡は行っておりません。
事前連絡のない媒体で使用する（二次使用）する場合は、制作料金の30〜50％を使用料として頂いております。

We do not transfer copyrights.
If you wish to use the work in any other media without prior notice (secondary use), we charge 30-50% of the production fee.

支払いの方法は？　Payment method

お支払方法は、paypal決済・銀行振込・コミッションサイト経由となります。
お見積もり時に指定された方法でお振込みください。

※個人様のご依頼の場合、コミッションサイト「SKIMA」を介してのお取引も可能です。（ご案内した料金とは異なる場合がございます。詳しくはお問い合わせください）

We accept payment by Paypal.

【VTuber用】基本料金に含まれている商用範囲はどこまでですか？　To what extent are commercials included in the basic fee?

基本的にはお見積りの際に確認した範囲の中でご利用いただけます。
別媒体や別目的でご利用する場合は改めてご相談ください。

・Youtube収益化
・SNSのアイコン、ヘッダーへの利用
・動画サムネイルへの利用
・宣伝や告知画像への利用
・コンテンツに合わせた拡大・縮小・トリミング

Basically, you can use the information within the scope confirmed at the time of quotation.
If you want to use it for other media or for other purposes, please contact us again.

制作者の名前表記は必須ですか？　Name of the creator

基本的にはイラストレーターとしての表記をお願いをしております。
表記の際は「星宮さき」もしくは「hoshimiyasaki」どちらかでお願いします。

Please use "hoshimiyasaki" when writing the name.

お断りしていることについて　What I refuse to do

■著作権譲渡の案件は承っておりません
■ご依頼者さま以外の方のイラスト使用
■イラストの改変、加工したものを別作品として発表すること
■自作発言
■無断転載、無断使用
■無断での複製、再配布、譲渡、販売
■サイン消し（サインなしのご依頼も可能）
■公序良俗に反する活動、誹謗中傷や迷惑行為を目的とした使用
■政治的な広告や媒体、宗教的な広告や媒体への使用

※判明した場合、作品の使用停止を申し出る場合がございます。

◇We do not accept projects that transfer copyrights.
◇It is prohibited for anyone other than the client to use the illustration.
◇Modification or processing of the illustration and presenting it as a separate work.
◇Self-made remarks.
◇Unauthorized reproduction or use.
◇Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, transfer, or sale.
◇Signature erased (can be requested without signature)
◇Activities that are offensive to public order and morals, and use for the purpose of slander or annoyance.
◇Use in political or religious advertising or media
